Job Description
The Scrum Master ensures the organisation, team and individuals understand and live by agile values. They champion the agile and scrum process , they teach and coach the team how to use scrum and agile methods to improve value for business outcomes.
The Scrum Master coaches the team to be effective at facilitating the scrum events and how they best approach and resolve impediments. They help the team stay motivated and support the team’s commitment to the definition of done.
The Scrum Master helps to resolve team conflicts, when needed. They will have strong communication and relationship/stakeholder management skills.
The Scrum Master supports the organisation by providing training, coaching and leadership around agile adoption and practices. They help stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work.
