Job Brief: We at magicpin are looking to hire Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing Individuals. The Capacity is an Associate role. Ideal Candidate should have working knowledge and experience in Google Ad words/Facebook Advertising and/or other paid marketing platforms like Affiliate Marketing (preferable, not compulsory) & working knowledge of MMPs. Qualifications

• You have a solid work ethic and highest accountability

• Working knowledge of MMPs, Google Ads /Social media marketing

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• You like to navigation ambiguity and streamline things

• 2+ years of relevant work experience

• Basic Knowledge of Excel and G-Suite. SQL/Python is a plus

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Excellent Teamwork skills

• Good communication skills

The Role’s Responsibilities Include (not limited to)

• Execute the on boarding for all new partners end to end
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs – CAC/CPT)
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
