Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should be well versed with WH operations
• Candidate should be preferably from Ecommerce
• Must adhere to the deadlines and goals set
• Should have a strong rapport with customers and team
• Must be a good task master and should possess good management & communication skills
• Preferably strong background of WMS and MS office
• Should be able to handle and resolve escalations and coordinate with MLL and customer stake holders
• Should be aware of various audit procedures

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, Organizing, Controlling and Delivering on the daily operations
• Delegation and tracking of responsibility to staff to achieve specific deliverables and ensuring that they meet the same
• Resolution of discrepancy with customer and escalation of the matter when deemed necessary
• Achievement of KPI as per SOP
• Periodic reviews with customer and MLL stake holders on performance and firming up action plan for improvement
• Responsible to maintain the P&L of account and improve the same
• Timely escalation and resolution of IR and other operational issues likely to impact the health of the account
• Issue Inventory report. IN/OUT status report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report to customer and MLL management
• Focus on improving the warehouse operations according to company’s objective
