Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Work measurement and Time study Understanding of MOST desirable.
2. Line balancing and implementation of Balancing as per TAKT Time.
3. Implementation of Lean & VSM projects
4. Exposure and understanding of Assembly processes especially Conveyorised production system.
5. Productivity parameters – Calculation, monitoring & Improvement
6. Method improvement projects identification & implementation in direct & indirect manpower areas.
7. Manpower Calculation & scenarios working for various levels of Production across various Areas in the Plant
8. Planning & Implementing Capacity Improvement, work content Reduction & Productivity Improvement Projects across Plant areas.
9. Focusing on optimization of Indirect Manpower (including Contractual Manpower) in Plant.
10. Improving Manpower, Equipment & Resources Utilisation to more than 95%.
11. Co-Ordinating Lean Management System & monitoring Lean Index & its parameters across Plant.
12. Planning & Implementation of Projects for Ergonomics Improvements across Plant activities.
13. Planning for Capex & Revenue Budgets for various IEE Projects of Plant.

General Experience

3-5 years Automobile, Engineering, Manufacturing

Critical Experience

Knowledge & Hands on Experience of MOST, Knowledge of Ergonomics, Simulation & other Lean manufacturing & VSM tools, Analytical Ability, Assembly processes. Knowledge & Hands on Experience of MS Office, SAP, Good communicating skills, Energetic, Benchmarking industries
