Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Knowledge of Transaxle systems & manufacturing process and production management and TPM
2. Develop and deploy Machine Learning algorithms including Anomaly detection, Predictive Quality and Predictive Maintenance for various manufacturing processes
3. Develop analytics to drive insights from a large volume of machine data from engine department to improve manufacturing performance
4. Design and develop dashboards to deliver insights to different personas including operators, supervisors, managers and senior leadership
5. Design and conduct controlled experiments to validate and improve the accuracy of algorithms
6. Provide feedback to data collection/database management procedures to include information that is needed for building analytic systems
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest Machine Learning use cases and technologies in manufacturing
8. PQCDSM monitoring and data representation
9.Analysis of Transaxle noise , shifting issue on end of line testing and on vehicle,
