Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Identification of Training needs based on the feedback from participants / customer.

2. Development of Annual Training Calendar based on feedback and

request.

3. Develop, implement, organize technical programs based on understand technical needs of Channel and M&M officers.

a. New dealer Induction

b. Induction program for new joinees and graduate trainees

4. Monitor technical capabilities of channel

5. Manage MEC and RTC’s

6. Development of trainees

7. Provide feedback to production support group on performance of Product received from participants

8. Devise a System to capture post training implementation and benefits.
