Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Monitoring & Controlling of Spare parts & Inventory cost.

Providing support to fulfill requirements for the Sustainable projects to achieve organization Goal

Monitoring & Controlling CAPEX Project

Planning, Monitoring & Controlling Daily Maintenance Activity through subordinates.

Planning & execution for Resource Conservation projects or initiatives.

Identification & Implementation of Equipment’s Health condition Plans.

Monitoring the Organization Policy Implementation in Department. (TS 16949, ISO, OHSAS, EMS, KAIZEN, RISE Circle, CFT, TPM, MQW etc.)

Design of PM / CM Plan of Equipment

Planning & Execution of Shut Down activities of sections.

Analysis of Breakdowns for CAPA and promotion of Safe and Efficient Practices at all levels.

Validation of Shift Schedule & Manpower Planning.

Performing all the listed activities of an electrical Safety Officer

Calling RFQ, Preparing PR & intending material.

Assigning Right person on Right Place.

Train the subordinates for job execution.

Maintaining discipline in Department.
