Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Conduct daily Process & Product audit in Machine Shop and ensure closure of identified observations

2. Daily audit for CTQ parameters & Z stage

3. DWM Monitoring & daily analysis for rejections through QCRT approach

4. Use of SPC & MSA measures to achieve and improve Quality targets

5. Ensure systemic closure of all audit observations and work towards increasing process robustness

6. Problem Solving through QC Story Approach of Machine Shop Concerns

7. Involvement in preparation & updation of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans etc.

8. Participate in capability trials of new machines

9. Ensure quick response actions to customer complaints

10. Ensure minimum Line stoppage due to Quality Issues

11. Monitor Effective Implementation of Buy off stations

12. RCA to Machine shop Failures concerns through effective use of Quality control tools, Provide feedback to machining line on external complaints, RFI, Global demerit & coordinate activities related to CAPA

13. Act as a Excellence igniter in a dept – Facilitate and mentoring MYB/MGB/HEP Projects

14. Implement TPM- QM Pillar methodology in the Dept

15. Evaluation and Monitoring of Zero defects Stages, Zero defects Associates and ensure YoY Improvement

16. Driving Manufacturing Excellence in Dept

17. Monitoring and Improving CSI

18. Training and development of associates to improve quality culture in the department

19. Data Management – (QDMS ,Internal Audits, TPM, ISO, MQS, Quality Performance Indicators)

20. Audits preparation & representing the department as an auditee – MEM, ISOTS, TPM QM pillar
