Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Knowledge of Assembly Equipment Like Conveyors, Tools, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical / Mechanical Circuits. Basic financial costing and ; work estimation system and a good negotiating Skills. Knowledge of Assembly Processes, Industrial engineering, Assembly tools, Technological improvements,. Civil Engineering Concepts and Project management. Knowledge of Analytical QC Tools, ISO, Kaizens, QC Story and Root Cause Analysis. Planning, Upgrading and ; Reconditioning of assembly equipments and ; Processes to enhance Performance. Monitoring Statutory, Regulatory and Legal Requirements. Maintenance of Engineering Records for parts and ; Processes. Planning of Capex and ; Revenue requirements for the year

Critical Experience
Previous experience of at least 2-3 Brownfield projects (for vehicle and aggregates), and handled 4 to 5 New Product Launches (M4 and M6 Level Projects.Experience of design and development of toolings, jigs and fixtures.Experience of business process improvement tools and techniques like MOST, work content studies, line balancing, Ergonomics study etc.Experience of the Resource Management and ability to plan, provide and ensure utilization of the resources.Exposure of various standards and systems (MEM/TAS/IATF/ISO 9001
