Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Candidate should be through in Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance (I&R), Predictive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Maintenance prevention, Autonomous maintenance. Equipment reliability maintenance And controlling equipment MTBF and MTTR as per target. TPM activities. Maintenance spares inventory management. Maintenance team member’s skill enhancement and motivation. Facing audits of IATF16949, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 (Latest standards).

2. Strong knowledge in PLC programming, understanding machine function, trouble shooting, SPM’s, SMT line, Electronic assembly lines, Manufacturing assembly line maintenance (Pneumatic & DC Torque tools, manipulators, oil dispensers), Conveyors overhead and Ground slat conveyors, Utilities such as DG sets, Transformers, Compressors, Chillers & AC,. Experience of all types of Hoist, Lifting tools and tackles, conveyors, electrical panels, HT & LT Yard Utilities, Calibration & Testing setups used for Electronic Energy meters.

3. Effectively & pro-actively lead projects initiated for P Q C D S M improvement.

4. Handling a versatile & self-motivated Team of more than 8 to 10 members

5. Plan & execute statutory & legal testing activities (internal& external) to ensure 100% legal compliance.

6. Equipment spare part management require for TBM & CBM.

7.Planning and execution of contingency plan for equipment’s.

8. Focus on energy, water conservation activities.

9.Monitor & control spares & repairs cost to ensure effective utilisation & budget control.

10. Lubrication management for the machineries & equipment’s.

11. Knowledge & experience on electrical layout & distribution.

12. Knowledge & experience on equipment’s & human safety, LOTO etc.

13. R&M cost structure & control. Budgetary preparation, Capex & Revenue.
