Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Cost estimation, Negotiation, and Price settlement of Component Casting Machining.Capable to identify the GAP in capacities and production upgradation at supplier end.Review and monitor Development of tooling, Fixture, Gauges to ensure APQP time plan met.Coordination with supplier quality team to ensure timely and flawless development.Manufacturing process knowledge of Casting machined components.New process Development process- APQP and PPAP.Commodity price trend as well and market study for benchmarking.Quality Improvement.Ability to Lead CFT for improvement at supplier end.Monitor Supplier performance to access ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.Value Engineering / Cost Reductions.Ability to generate new ideas of bringing does Material cost either by selection of material or by optimization of design / process cost
