Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

‘1. Ensure Process, product, Poka-yoke, Torque Audit & Inspection.

2. RPT trend Improvement & track reported concerns

3. Root cause analysis and Actions implemented in line for Assembly defects.

4. Line Rejection Analysis, Action closure and CAPA monitoring.

5. PFD / CP / SOP / Stage wise inspection and Updating the checksheets as per latest Requirements

6. Prepare Daily, weekly, reports related to quality dash board, concern monitoring status

Experience

(3 to 4 Years with BE in Electronics/Electrical ) In EV / Automobile Industry.

Industry Preferred

Automotive OEM, Tier one automotive supplier

Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)

‘- Knowledge on electrical commodity (Battery Box,Motor ,Controller,BMS,Wiring harness CAN) etc

• Good analytical skill & statistical approach, data oriented
• Awareness on complete project development cycle
• Usage of Quality tools for solving concerns like 8D, fish bone, DOE, paired comparison, why why

analysis etc.,

• Effective interpersonal communication & presentation skills
• Knowledge on Reliability Growth, Analysis and report generation
• Knowledge on PFD, CP, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SOP, DFM & DFA
