Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
To ensure high customer satisfaction index as measured through internal / external Surveys and 0 MIS reports. Perform & report Competitor product analysis results and Benchmarking during new product launch and on an ongoing basis to drive improvement in product performance. Serve as customer representative in the factory & communicate customer quality requirements to various production shops by designing formal system of communication using Product inspection standards, Process illustration and Control plans as the base. Participate and ensure front loading of learning in new variants, projects Initiate and participate in virtual GNOVA-C at design phase of new project and drive improvments along with project teams. Regular reviews with CPH and Project teams for effective resolution product & process concerns during product dev. Interact with COE’s, CDMM teams for effective resolution of concerns identified during audits. Ensure compliance to legal requirements of product thru COP certification & liaisoning with Government Officials. Drive manufacturing excellence initiatives by innovative approach to promote quality culture across the plant. Participate in Change Review Committee & approve of all process & product changes. Plan internal Audits and review the ratings for different audits & process Non-Conformities. Resolve CPQ ( Customer Perceived Quality) concerns. Responsible for making decisions regarding dispatch holding, severity of the issue and high rejections. Ensures the quality of the final product before delivering it to the external customers & ensure that vehicle quality planning is done at various stages of manufacturing. Prepare , plan and update plant quality reviews for corrective and preventive actions
