Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
“• To take Decisions regarding Distribution of Share of Business and Choice of mode of Transport for optimization and making the System Cost Effective.
• To Track and monitor the supplier Quality closely by Trend Analysis of Quality related Complaints and Arrange for and Implementation of necessary Vendor Education and Vendor Process Improvement Programs.
• Planning and Monitoring the Implementation of DoL, 3PL, JIT, Green Supply Chain, Sustainability, Lot Size standardization etc. for continuous streamlining and Supply Chain Improvement.
• Encourage and Motivate the team to Ensure Commitment and Arrange for necessary Skill and Employee Development Training, both technical and behavioural.
• Ensuring the implementation of and Adherence to Various ISO OHSAS and Safety Standards.”
