Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Vehicle calibration to meet Drivability & Noise Targets
Vehicle Fleet validation experience (in particular with DPF system, data logging, data post processing, report preparation)
Engine calibration to meet performance & emission Targets
Engine combustion Development
DPF calibration -Passive, Active Regeneration
DPF Soot Modelling, Delta pressure Modelling
Conduct/formulate the required DoE(Design of experiments)
Knowledge on DSM,NCD,PCD for BS-V/Tier 4 Models
Experience of dedicated data evaluation tools such as AVL Concerto, CAMEO
Experience
2 to 6 Years

Qualifications
BE/B.Tech
General Requirements
CRS calibration with Bosch/Delphi softwares
EMS/functionality skills
problem trouble shooting and root cause investigation
Engine level CRS Calibrationto meet the perfromance & emission target
Vehicle level CRS calibration
Hands on experience in INCA, Concerto
Base engine combustion development
Performance & emission development skill in diesel engines
Knowledge in emission norms
Knowledge in aftertreatment systemscalibration
