Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Should have a clear understanding of automotive gear box and its usbsystem

Should have a on hand experience of software like UG NX, Romax, Kissoft etc.

Good understanding on Team center procedure.

Adequate knowledge on housing design and detailing (2D,3D) and Transmission layout.

Basic understnding on gear design , bearing selection

Good understanding on gear manufacturing processes

Basic knowledge in CAE analysis

Good Knowledge in DFMEA.

Should have sufficient knowledge in detailing, tolerance stack up and GD&T

Ability to interact with development team and supplier for component development

Versatile to work with support system teams and address the integration related concern

Ability to address the manufacturing and build issues with supplier and plant team

Time Management for self & CFT for on time delivery of the project

Experience

2-5 years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

B.E. in mechanical engineering, automobile or mechatronics

General Requirements

Component design and development(Housing, Trasmission layout)

UG NX, Romax, KIssoft

Part detailing (3D,2D), tolerance stack up and GD&T

Knowledge in DFMEA, DFC, DFM and DFS

Documentation and presentation preparation for Audit
