Ensuring smooth functioning of the reception area
Build strong relations with the customers
Give prompt attention to phone calls, website chats, WhatsApp messages, customer emails.
Deliver reports to the patients
Provide accurate information about tests, packages, requirements, prices
Provide regular and timely information to the senior management regarding patient feedback, complaints, areas of improvement, suggestions, latest trends, new initiatives, patient requests
Co-ordinate with the testing department to ensure timely delivery of the reports to the patients
Ensure cleanliness and general upkeep of the reception area
Pleasing personality and friendly attitude
Adhere to company values and ethics
Experience Required
5-6 years
