About the Role:

We are currently seeking HR professionals with a versatile skill set, individuals who have experience in handling or are capable of taking on a multitude of HR roles, including HR Generalist, Center of Excellence (COE), and Operations.

The role will also entail working closely with senior leadership on high-impact projects that drive organizational growth and development. To excel in this position, strong communication skills, empathy, a conceptual understanding of HR models, and proficiency in data analytics are essential qualities.

What will you be doing:

Based on the evolving needs of the organization, you will be expected to either specialize in a specific role or adapt to a combination of these roles.

Qualifications required:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in a progressive environment with best practices, preferably in multiple HR – People Centric areas.
• A post graduate degree in Human Resources, or a related field from premier institute.
