To do registration and billing as per the patient’s needs and substitute when there is shortage of staff To prepare shift wise job rota and ensure proper coverage in all areas To submit night duty cash before 10:00AM To coordinate with different departments for patient needs (lab, F&B, radiology, billing, pharmacy, Admission desk). To receive and convey information regarding any hospital update to the staffs. To provide support and assistance to the staffs. To interact with the patient while the patient is waiting for any services to be availed To document patient’s experiences in OPD and ensure maximum feedback collection To ensure patient needs are fulfilled. To ensure that the OPD facility, consultation and procedure rooms are cleaned and ready to be used. To ensure registration, billing and appointment are done accurately with zero error. To ensure services are availed by the patients (walk In and appointment) on timely basis. To inform nurse station on daily basis regarding consultants absenteeism. To ensure investigation reports readiness is informed to the patients To monitor and track all departments responses and if any delays escalate it to the superior. To meet all the OPD staffs for their requirements and issues To ensure ER patient got registered and billed. To ensure wheelchairs, stretchers are provided to the required patients and are not pushed by patient attenders. To manage crowd with the help of security To oversee the equipment functionality and if any issue arrives to update it to the concerned department. To participate in meetings and to support the managers for new plan implementations To ensure proper staffing at front desk to greet patients and in console to handle phone calls in registration so that we don’t have customer complaints.
