• To work as a backend engineer with our Core Shopping Experience engineering team
• To build highly available and scalable system solutions that power our apps and interfaces regardless of whether they are on the browser, on Android/iOS
• A smart, dynamic individuals with outstanding programming skills and a great passion for developing beautiful, innovative software
• Building high-level architecture of several systems and contributes to the overall success of the product by driving technology and best practices in engineering
• Responsible for building a highly scalable, extensible, reliable, and available platform
• Driving optimizations to scale out the platform in order to support an exponentially growing number of transactions
• Translating complex business use cases and wireframes into high-quality scalable code
• Must help in establishing industry best practices in architecture, design, and SDLC practices and drive their adaption

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying large scale applications in any language or stack.
• Ability to design and implement low latency RESTful services.
• Strong in PHP, Java script, Node, and Python- (Proficient in anyone)
• Ability to design and implement low latency RESTful services.
• Conceptually familiar with a cloud-tech stack that includes AWS, Real-time message brokers, SQL, NoSQL, Continuous Delivery, Configuration Management.
• Good knowledge, understanding and experience of working with a large variety of multi-tier architecture
