Roles and Responsibilities Handling calls – both inbound and outbound Connect with potential Patient from leads received via marketing campaigns. Day & week activity planning and updating the same on CRM. Pitch hospital services to potential patients and convince them to visit facility. Work towards targets to get maximum patient visit. Engage with the client after they book the services and manage account. Handling patient queries and follow-ups Managing doctor appointmentsDesired Candidate Profile Desire to work in client relationship management, counselling or sales. Excellent convincing skills. Excellent verbal communication skills and a command over Gujarati and Hindi language. Eagerness to do more and take charge. Willingness to work for targets and incentives.
