Job Description:We are currently seeking an HR Admin and On-boarding Specialist to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration, on-boarding, and recruitment. The HR Admin and On-boarding Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the on-boarding process for new hires, managing HR-related documentation, and providing support to the HR team during the night shift.Key Responsibilities:Manage the on-boarding process for new hires during the night shift, including coordinating background checks, reference checks, and new hire orientation.Ensure that all HR-related documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.Provide support to the HR team during the night shift, including answering employee questions, maintaining employee files, and preparing HR-related reports.Manage recruitment-related activities during the night shift, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives during the night shift, as needed.Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies, procedures, and regulations during the night shift.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration, on-boarding, and recruitment.Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment tools.Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.Willingness to work during the night shift.If you have the required experience and skills and are looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals during the night shift, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and experience.
