Age: 19-35 years

JD for the role:

· Basic understanding of the automobile products(MSIL and Competitors)

· Should act as a single point of contact with customers.

· Explaining the schemes and offers to the customers.

· Should concentrate on lead generation and sales improvement(Mostly Field Sales)

· Resolving customer’s queries efficiently.

· Handling customers patiently and explaining the process.

· Should convince customers and value their presence.

· Should have basic knowledge on Vehicle financing & Services.

· Should be fluent in local language (kannada) and English.

· Should have good knowledge on ARENA Values and Standards.

· Two Wheeler(Vehicle) and 4 wheeler DL mandatory

· Ensure the demonstration and test drive.

· Make sure customers are greeted cheerfully and politely.

Note: Fresher as well as experienced are welcome to apply for the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹1,920,000.00 – ₹2,400,000.00 per year
