The role Understanding the business of Microsoft licensing & support the Global Subsidiaries with the required knowledge Understanding the pricing model of Microsoft Perpetual and Subscription model Ensuring profitability while striving to improve the customer’s licensing experience Bridge the gap between Sales team and Client on licensing front (if needed) Must have an associate’s degree to qualify for University certification from an accredited institution Must have 2-5 years of experience in a similar position or working experiences in any role in Microsoft, with a strong background in licensing, inside sales Candidate must possess excellent demonstrated decision-making, problem solving and negotiating skills. The candidate must also be able to deal with ambiguity, be able to interact with a cross section of people, and effectively influence others without direct authority What we need to see from you Graduate/Post Graduate Degree holder Excellent English written & verbal Skills Excellent Excel Skills Solid problem solving, consultative and research skills Ability to analyze information with attention to details.
