Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries

Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

Resolving queries and issues related to the products and service.

Role: Cutomer Support Associate ( Work from office )

Salary 1,50,000 to 2,20,000 Indian Rupees (per annum)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Flexible shift
  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
