Job duties include:Promoting the school in the best possible way by providing customer service excellence toparents and visitors.Provide accurate information regarding school, admission process, fee structure to potential parents.Showing prospective parents around the school and give all necessary information.Support students and parents one on one in their admission application process and meeting deadlines.Co-ordinate and ensure smooth functioning of day to day activity management.Help in promoting admission events for school thru various social media platforms.Counsel students regarding different training programs issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, study habits, and career planning etc.Identification & understanding of the Students need & Counsel students to select appropriate study programs as per their interest.Counsel individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational situations.Confer with parents or guardians, to resolve studentsacademic problems.Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their childrens progress, and to determine their priorities for their children and their resource needs.Makes outbound & inbound calls to prospective leads and address queries on different training programsConduct follow-up interviews with counselee’s to determine if their needs have been met.Handling walk-in & telephonic admission inquiresMaintain accurate and complete student records.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Academic counseling: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
