1. Contacting verified Retailers to ensure that the Sale’s person have visited the shop and explain about App,Products and Brands.
2. Follow up calls to Retailers, who were contacted minimum a month ago, to check the status of issues raised in the preliminary call.
3. Contact non-verified retailers from the database to check the validity of the shop and to explain company related updates.
4. Collect feedback from Retailers regarding supply from the dealers, market conditions and product features/defects.
5. Educate Retailers regarding Incentive schemes launched by Company in the market and ascertain their participation in the same.
6. Check for marketing tools requirements such as boards, POP’s, Danglers etc from Retailers and communicate the same with the concerned team.
7. Look out for suggestions, requests and other market related feedback from Retailer’s perspective which could be vital in business going forward.
