JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SUPPORT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Investor service done through telephone calls, emails, and over-the-counter visit.
- Keeping track of DD request process and receipts with clients.
- Ensuring best quality for all letters and email written to investors.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
REQUIREMENT :
- Excellent oral & written communication in English with good letter drafting skills.
- Must have qualification: BCOM, BMS, BAF, BBI.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
