Timings: USA Day Shift ( India night shift: 7pm IST – 4am IST).

Must have own Laptop/Desktop with Internet Connection.

Salary: Rs 20,000 – 30,000/ month + Incentives

Applicant having at least 1 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle IT requirements for US based clients.

Screen resumes and job applications

Source profiles from company’s database and LinkedIn.

Reaching out to 100 candidates over the phone in a day

Initial screening and profile matching with respect to educational qualification, experience, communication etc.

Coordinating and scheduling the candidate for interviews, Prepare candidates before interviews with clients.

Interacting and maintaining good rapport with the candidates/vendors.

Maintaining the database and preparing daily reports- Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations.

Handle Interviews, Paperwork & On-Boarding’s

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• US shift
• Weekend availability
