Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordination with manpower agencies, field sales teams, HO SOPs in supporting SM/TM/Promoters/DSRs regular administrative tasks like Hiring/KYC, Attendance/Leave, Payouts, Documentation etc
• Supporting the ZHs with Data analytics needed for regular business planning & reviews around Targeting, Programs Effectiveness, Performance Management (across stakeholders) etc.
• Competition Portfolio/Pricing/Activity Tracking and Regular reporting to both ZHs as well HO-SOPs
• Supporting sales team on Hiring & Onboarding of RDS partners in terms of coordination with HO functions around documentation, billing etc.
• Coordination with logistics team on ensuring the right supplies by IHL by model to maximise sales

Supporting the ZH with needful preparation (presentation etc) for monthly meets with sales teams, key partners etc

Desired Candidate Profile

• Rolls : CS
• Reporting Manager : Zonal Head
• Manager For : Zonal MIS (1 position per zone)
• Education/Experience : Graduate / MBA (Any Tier) with 2+ years in Field Sales and 3+ years in Zonal SOPs. Mobile Handset Industry experience a must (3+ years)
• Key Skills : Strong on Analytics, Agency Management, Influencing Field & HO to meet deadlines/tasks, Expert in MS Office (esp. XL & PPT).
• Mobile sales experience preferred from Samsung and JIO
