Job Location :Kalyan (Thane)
Job Profile:
Organizing, compiling, and updating organisation records and documentation.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
To prepare & maintain MIS reports, data management, Email checking & Correspondence with clients and other departments.
Handling and managing calendar schedules of management, making travel arrangements, booking hotels
To handle various administrative and back-office responsibilities and coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities.
Monitor office inventory and the purchasing of new inventory with attention to budgetary constraints, monitor expenses.
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities,organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
Skills Required :
A positive attitude toward your job in general and Good interpersonal relationship.
Good report writing and communication skills in English and Marathi.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a team.
