- Must handle site accounts and controll on expenses.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Maintaining general accounts up to finalization
- Vendors bill checking, passing & forwarding for payment
- Updating the schedules of monthly finance report
- Preparation of invoice on the basis of direct & indirect expenses
- Should maintain ledger, petty cash, daily transactions, final accounts at construction site location.
- Daily site expenses.
- Processing and maintaining track for site level bank transactions.
- Maintain all work orders of sub contractors.
- Maintain purchase bills and sub contractor bills.
- Cash & Bank Reconciliation.
- Finance Reconciliation.
- Having experience in water projects will add weight to the profile.
- Job location will be any where in India
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Flexible shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dudhi, Sonbhadra – 231225, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
