Our NOIDA campus is located near Sector 145 Metro station adjoining the proposed Microsoft campus. Our 350,000 square feet, 11 story building is designed by leading architects and consultants. To support environmental sustainability, our campus is LEED Gold certified and takes advantage of the recent advances in energy efficiency and uses 600 kW solar plant.: The Security Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our software engineering campus in Noida. We are nearing completion of our five-acre software engineering campus in Sector 145 next to Metro Station.You will be responsible for implementing and enforcing security protocols, maintaining a safe work environment, and responding to security incidents. You will be responsible for managing security guards and other operations personnel.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the campus grounds, buildings, and common areas including server rooms, and office areas, to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of staff, students, and visitors.
• Monitor and respond to alarms and security camera footage to identify and address any suspicious activities within the building and surrounding areas.
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control measures for IT facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with campus security personnel to maintain a cohesive security presence across the entire campus.
• Conduct background checks and issue security clearances for authorized personnel with access to IT resources.
• Escort visitors within IT facilities and ensure proper identification and authorization for building access.
• Respond to emergencies, such as fires, medical situations, and security breaches, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and coordinate with campus emergency responders.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents and activities specific to the campus/building.
• Stay up to date on the latest security trends and best practices relevant to both physical and IT security.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and building management to coordinate security efforts and response activities.
• Foster a positive and professional relationship with the campus community, promoting security awareness and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in security operations, preferably within an IT environment or a campus setting.
• Minimum graduation from a recognized school and equivalent experience in security.
• Proven experience in implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of security principles, best practices, and relevant IT security protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to de-escalate potentially volatile situations and build rapport with a diverse campus community.
• Fluent in both English and Hindi languages.
• Proficient in using security equipment and technology, including access control systems, CCTV, and basic IT troubleshooting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with campus security and IT personnel.
• Excellent observation and attention to detail.

Job location: MAQ Software, A3, Sector 145, Noida 201301Work Timings: Because of the nature of security operations, we must respond and support 24 x 7. You will be required to be around as needed to manage security operations.
