Job Description

Job Title: Business Research Analyst

Responsible for working as part of a team to support the UK/US clients in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified contacts to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy, a willingness to learn and be creative. The primary focus of this role is to provide support to the B2B sales promotion teams that can operate effectively on a day to day basis.

BRA KRA’S/ Job Responsibilities:

• Data Research, Extraction and Management.
• Email Campaign, Customization and Marketing.
• Business Analysis and Development.
• Internet Research, Primary and Secondary Research, Search engines, web analytics and business research tools.
• List Management on MS Excel Sheet.
• Maintaining and preparing activity reports.
• Measure how well marketing strategies and programs are working.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research and consultation on relative markets.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and related markets being researched.

Required Skills Set:

• Data Research and Data Management
• Time Management & Ability to do multi-task
• Ability to work well in and promote a team environment
• Excellent understanding & Quality focus, Improvise, Adapt and Deliver with accuracy,
• MS Excel knowledge such as applying basic formulas, sorting data, filtering data, H-lookup, V- lookup, etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or an MBA. Technical background -Preferable.
