Marketing Associate at Mumbai Full Time
The Marketing Associate is an enthusiastic & result-oriented individual with administrative duties in developing & implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness & adoption of the product.
Job Responsibilities:
● Marketing content – Ongoing updates & communication of value proposition on a marketing website, online directories, external marketing channels, etc
● Develop new & improve existing new user guides & documentation of the product features & capabilities
● Implement product update email campaigns – ensure prompt and accurate communication & analyze campaign performance
● Help in the execution of digital marketing strategies such as SEO, Social media marketing, Email Campaigns, etc
● Conduct training webinars for existing customers to increase customer adoption & retention
● MIS – pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance
