A day in the life of an MLE:

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for people who can build great leadership skills as well as develop their technical capability. You’ll need to have a passion to lead and a love of engineering

A Degree in Engineering preferably in Food Technology, Automation, Electrical and Electronics Background.

Cognitive skills, and strong academic knowledge, Aspiration to do Technical or people leader roles, willingness to work on shop floor projects and this is not 100% office role.
