- Secretariate Role
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Arrange meetings and keep minutes.
- Power point presentations.
- Prepare draft email and letters.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research on Automotive trend and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
- Divisional Co-ordination Role
- Plan and monitor Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly review with all Department Heads and Team Leads
- Prepare MIS for Management reporting
- Coordinate with other Division and making project/task report
