10. Statutory filings with Registrar of Companies (ROC)

11. Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF)

12. Statutory Registers, Disclosures and other activities

13. Investor relations

14. Research and Development

15. Liasioning/Providing data to other departments

16. Pre Board /Committee/Shareholder Meeting compliances

17. Stock Exchange filings

18. Providing data/Liasioning with Statutory/Regulatory bodies

19. Liaisoning with Auditors/Statutory Authorities
