Job Description

• A candidate is required to coordinate with the customer and bankers for the smooth and effective working of the organization.
• Providing help and advice to customers about the products or services.
• Communicating courteously with customers.
• Handling customer complaints or any major incidents.
• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers

Skills Required

⦁ Should have excellent communication skills
⦁ Good selling skills
⦁ The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply

Eligibility

• Age: 20-25
• Any Graduate with 0-6 month of work experience in sales.
• Good sales and convincing skills
