• Assessing the hiring needs of the company and developing job descriptions and specifications accordingly for technical (IT) roles

• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends, create reports and presentations in accordance

• Sourcing talented IT candidates through a variety of means including events, advertising, and database

• Screening resumes and conducting technical interviews of shortlisted students; collaborating with the leadership team for following rounds

• Designing and executing recruitment campaigns through various platforms

• Maintaining relationships with universities/colleges, student organizations, and recruitment networks

• Developing internship programs and evaluating the performance of new employees.

• Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicants’ documentation.

• Hosting and attending college career days and conferences.

Skills Require:

• IT Graduate + MBA (HR preferably)

• A minimum of 6 months experience in HR or recruitment

• Sound understanding of the recruitment process and university/college databases

• Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Experience with designing and conducting interviews

• A good judge of character and decision-making skills

• Great networking abilities

• Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and keeping up to date with trends.
