MasterSpiders Innovations Pvt Ltd Hiring for Seller Onboarding Associate – Freelancer at Edappāl Full Time

Our business is an eCommerce Website similar to Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho. Being a Startup, we have very few sellers and products compared to the above said giants. Hence we are appointing Freelance Business Associates to grow together.

Read the work profile – duties.

• Find Manufacturers, Super Stockists and Wholesalers from Web searches, Social Media platforms etc.
• Introduce our platform, our business model and the facilities we provide.
• Convince them about the benefits of selling online, especially with our platform.
• Make them create their seller profile and confirm they listed their products perfectly.
• Verify the Seller Account and Products and confirm the product listing quality.
• Inform the sellers about the orders (even if they are notified by email automatically) and confirm the consignment is ready.
• Ensure the Payment is released from the Company and credited to the Seller.
• Ensure the customer receives the product by communicating with the Customer Care Team and informing the Sellers.
• Report the daily activities to the Manager / Company Representative via CRM or Email.

Job Types: Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 36 months

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
