Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to identify the potential and direct campaigns.
2. Manage domestic as well as international delivery of CPL/CPS/CPA Campaigns
3. Manage end to end communication with Advertisers as well as Publishers.
4. On-boarding & managing affiliates, ensuring meeting of advertising KPIs and publisher expectations.
5. Handle publisher engagement and retention.
6. Co-ordinate with the client servicing and cross-functional team to ensure the seamless campaign delivery.
7. Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best results.
8. Generating monthly, weekly reports of the delivered campaigns.
9. Experience of driving substantial revenue through CPL/CPS/CPA models
10 . Dealing with Direct Publishers to promote campaigns on CPL/CPA basis.
11. Good understanding of CPL/CPA/CPS model of operations.

Requirements:

1. Should have 1-4 yrs. Of experience in CPL/CPS/CPA Delivery.

2. Ensure proper information sharing with the cross-functional team and affiliates.
3. Should be a critical thinker.
4. Strong prospecting skills able to get creative in finding new opportunities and negotiate deals.
5. Decent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
6. Self-motivated and focused on achieving the assigned work.
