Brief Description about the role : Production Support and Project deliverables
Key Responsibilities :
Supporting Internal/External Projects
Provide 24*7 operations Support to various business verticals
Managing Services as per the accepted SLA
Providing technical solutions to the various production issue
Root Cause Analysis for the recurring issues
Proactive monitoring and Management of the services
Backup Management
Co-ordinate with development teams to resolve the identified or reported issue
Skill and Competencies :
Good Knowledge in Linux concepts
Good knowledge in Apache and Nginx Web servers Management & Troubleshooting
Good Shell Scripting Knowledge
Good knowledge in production support management
Good knowledge in cloud architecture & Implementation.
Education and Experience : Any Degree with 1+ years of experience in Linux administration.
