1. In depth understanding of construction procedures and material and Project Manager principles.
2. Execution of projects with cost consciousness ensuring timeliness and people management.
3. Planning of all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met, including acquiring equipment and material.
4. Proficiency in Auto CAD and other software.
5. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreement.
6. Monitor quality and safety norms.
7. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
8. Site Management.
9. Familiar with tax rules and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
