Job description

We are hiring for company in Flavors & Fragrance Industry for the role of RSM for North India.

Key Accountabilities:

– Technical know how of application of ingredients in fragrance and flavor industry

– Prepare Sales plan for the region and facilitate it’s execution

– Ensure that the budgeted sales targets are met

– Develop business with new customers and develop the market for new products

– Manage Key accounts in the region in line with National/ Global strategy

– Coordinate with Sales operations for timely execution of all orders

– Ensure regular availability of material through accurate forecasts

– Manage, train and motivate agents/ distributors

– Gather market and competitive information on relevant aroma chemicals and companies

– Propose distribution strategy for the region to improve market share and service levels

– Ensure that the receivables and Tax forms are collected on time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
