How can you make an impact?
Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Sales, as Account Manager, you will own the growth and profit of our digital learning platforms predominately in medical and engineering education. You will be responsible for revenue maximization, closing high potential/volume opportunities, liaise with regional stakeholders, and being accountable for the overall sales and performance of the territory.

Your contribution to the team includes:

• Develop and maintain rapport with the medical and engineering institutions. Identify their learning needs, introduce a subscription model to enable institute-wide adoption of Access Medical and Access Engineering platforms.
• Own, manage and report on territory KPIs; lead performance and status, trial sites, win-loss, accurate monthly forecasts, prospects, etc.
• Execute account management and customer retention strategy to ensure customer success, new business & renewal targets are achieved for subscription products.
• Build and progress a pipeline of new business, ensure cross-sell/upsell, continually seek to develop sales skills and performance through active participation in all training programs and always be up to date with the latest product and market information.

What can you bring to the role?

• Minimum 5-7 years of business development/sales experience in a subscription model. Must have exposure in digital sales of medical or engineering learning products.
• Knowledge of education technology and publishing sectors
• Having a strong network in the medical and engineering colleges is highly required.
• Excellent track record of successful sales performance in last 2-3 years
• Able to understand and manage different cultures across the territory and commercial practices to good effect
• Prioritize heavy time & travel-sensitive workload, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
