How can you make an Impact?
As a Quality Assurance Automation Analyst, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the automation framework using JMeter and Selenium Automation Tool. You will assist in establishing pipelines to facilitate high-quality continuous integration and deployment using Jenkins, Github, and Jira tools.

Working with our global stakeholders and by understanding their platform requirements, you will develop, execute, and maintain automated scripts (Functional and Performance Testing) from a reusability perspective for the SOA , and Oracle SaaS and other cloud/SaaS based applications.

You will be single point of contact from Offshore for Quality Assurance and test team in terms of technical guidance and assisting the QA/QC team both onshore and offshore in process, development and innovation of quality assurance & testing methods and tools for the GTS Business Systems department.

What you will do

• Design, development and maintenance of automation framework using JMeter and Selenium Java/Cucumber.
• Automating test scripts and maintaining them more from a reusability standpoint.
• Provide technical assistance to Performance Testing Team QA/QC team, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure software delivery is efficiently completed to QA standards.
• Evolve our Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment processes by helping to implement new workflows and tools with the goal of moving to test as close to the code change as possible.
• Document results of tests, create bugs for the software development team, Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing, and review user interfaces for consistency
• Improve efficiencies by introducing innovation and effective strategies across QA cycle using latest and greatest available automation tools in the market.

What do you need to be Successful in this role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of IT software quality assurance in ERP and web-based application testing experience.
• Demonstrated a minimum of 3-4 years of experience with automation testing tools Selenium, Java, Jemeter and Cucumber
• Exposure to ERP Oracle Apps EBS, SOA, SQL databases, JMeter and UFT
• Strong understanding of different software development life cycles (Agile, waterfall, iterative, etc…) and software quality assurance processes.
• Experience in support of SDLC tools and processes (ServiceNow, JIRA, Jenkins, Confluence, GitHub, PVCS, or similar)
