Inbound Customer Services Representative

Job Description:

Contact Center professionals who are willing to take inbound calls. It is expected that the best of those who handle such a profile with discipline, initiative and consistency, apart from opportunities to grow with us.

This project involve customer service for US Healthcare Process.

Candidate Profile:

1. Candidates should be good in communication.

2. Good organization and planning skills.

3. Good teamwork skills, adaptability.

4. No regional accent, grammatically accurate and good sentence construction.

5. Should have an intellectual ability to understand client requirements.

6. Flexibility to work in 5pm to 2pm or 8pm to 5am shifts.

7. Must have previous experience in International BPO.
