Role Overview :

This role focuses on developing and executing impactful content strategies across• •Social Media, Paid Ads, and PR , helping us elevate the Meadbery brand and engage with our audience. As a Content Strategist, you’ll be responsible for• •creating content that resonates with our customers, enhances brand visibility, and drives engagement in the wellness space. •

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement content strategies tailored to social media, paid advertising, and public relations to elevate the Meadbery brand.
• Create, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistency with brand voice and values.
• Design and execute paid social media campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with marketing objectives and drives conversions.
• Work closely with the PR team to craft compelling stories, press releases, and secure media placements that build brand credibility and awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and wellness initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and paid ads using analytics tools to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, digital ads, and PR to keep Meadbery ahead of the curve.
• Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of relevant and engaging content across all platforms.
• Cultivate relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to enhance Meadbery’s reach and influence in the wellness space.

Key Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in content strategy, social media management, paid advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads), and public relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt content to various formats and platforms.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS), social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• A deep understanding of the wellness industry and the ability to create authentic content that resonates with health-conscious audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and PR teams.
