Full Job Description
JD:· Patient registration and scheduling appointments.· Provide patient service with empathy.· Greeting visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediately.· Answering queries about doctors’ schedule & availability, path/lab services and other services.· Taking and directing calls, possibly through a switchboard.· Completing administrative tasks like filing and delivering and accepting mail· Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area.· Keeping basic office stationary supplies like pens stocked and accessible to visitors.· Ordering supplies for the rest of the office· Setting up meeting facilities· Arranging for catering for meetings and daily office use· Co-ordinating with other departments to provide quick and smooth services to the patients· Maintaining front door security and reporting any suspicious activity.· Receive calls of Home Care services and assign to concerned person and organization.· Maintain doctors’ roaster and update on daily basis.· Upload patient external reports in system.· Maintain financial transaction of each patient and provide receipt.· Co-ordinate with management and accounts team for financial transactions.· Interacts with management team and carries out their requests.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per monthSchedule:Flexible shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Health Sector: 2 years (Preferred)Front desk – Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
